Samples service
Charcon operate a full and complete samples service. The service
is free. It is recommended that samples are obtained to correctly
view colours and textures. All products are available but larger
items such as flags and kerbs may be sectioned to comply with
manual handling guidelines. Where colour variation is a feature of
the product, more than one sample may be sent. To request samples

Technical advice
Charcon are available to offer free design advice and technical
support at all stages of a project, from inception through to final
care and maintenance. Charcon specialise in Commercial applications
and have comprehensive experience of large scale landscaping
projects.
Services offered include advice on product specification,
guidance on applications, installation procedures, drainage design
and product take off, specifically aimed at both contractors and
specifiers alike.
Charcon also has an unrivalled reputation for developing bespoke
product solutions in partnership with clients.
Computer aided design
CAD drawings are available on request, providing further details
on Charcon’s full and comprehensive product range.
Project management
Charcon operates a project co-ordination service to provide a
link between sales and logistics arms of the company and our
clients’ site(s). When requested, a Project Co-ordinator and backup
will be appointed to operate as a named contact point to advise on
initial choice of product, integration, installation and delivery
call offs. This service is available free of charge.
